They've been described as "gospel royalty" but sisters Tina and Erica Campbell say, "it's really about God and not about us." Members of a musical family, Erica and Tina grew up singing with their seven siblings before striking out on their own. The song "Shackles (Praise You)" from their debut album is considered one of the pioneering songs of urban contemporary gospel music. They're multiple GRAMMY, Dove, Stellar, MOBO, American Music Award, and Soul Train winners, and their studio albums are either platinum- or gold-certified. Both are married and recently welcomed new babies to their respective families (Erica's second, Tina's third).
